We are returning to the stunning Hyatt Centric Park City Hotel for our 2026 conference! We have negotiated discounted rates about 40% off of online rates – keeping in mind that our meeting is held during peak ski season with the goal of giving you both exceptional classroom AND outdoor time!
The booking deadline for both of our hotel blocks has passed, but please email me if you are still looking for a room as both the Hyatt Centric and the Hyatt Park Place Hotel have told me they still might be able to accommodate some of our attendees.

Individual Guestroom Deposits & Cancellations: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made greater than thirty days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made thirty days or less prior to arrival will forfeit deposit payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Please note: Staying in guest rooms at our official conference hotel helps EIM offset the costs of meeting space, group food and beverage, and many other fees associated with our meetings. These are sizeable costs to the organization that we are under contract to cover.
