Accommodations
Enjoy ski-in-ski-out access to 7,300 acres of terrain at the spectacular Canyons Resort!
We will be holding our 2025 conference once again at the stunning Grand Summit Hotel, where we have negotiated conference rates. In addition, we have contracted rooms with the Sundial Lodge, just across from the Grand, and the Silverado which is just a short walk away. All locations have amazing rooms, stunning views, and the lift ski-in-ski-out or very close by – so it’s a great way to earn your CME.
Vail Group reservations has developed a booking system to assist you with all of your conference hotel reservation needs. To check and see if there are rooms available in our block, you can use the link below. When it asks “where are you going” be sure to enter Park City, Utah. It will then populate our dates, as well as our group code:
The rooms available on the link are limited to our group’s main stay dates (check in Sunday, 2/23; check out Friday, 2/28). If a guest would like to book pre or post-dates, please call the group reservation line: 855-948-0697.
This is a reservation line dedicated to making reservations for group guests. Guests can call every day from 8am-5pm MT. Guests should reference the Group Code (BPCEIN25/SPCEIN25) or the Group Name (Emergencies in Medicine 2025).
Once the block is sold out, rooms are then based on hotel availability only and may be at a higher rate. For reference, our conference rates begin Friday, February 23 through Saturday, March 2.
Please note, not all room types offered by the hotels are included in our block. If you don’t see the room type you are looking for, please call the number above to inquire as to any availability.
Individual Guestroom Cancellation. Cancellations for individual guest rooms made within 14 days of arrival will result in a cancellation fee equal to the entire reservations period and all applicable taxes and fees. Any deposits received will be utilized towards said cancellation fee and any outstanding balance will be charged to the credit card on file. Reservations are refundable if cancelled outside 14 days of arrival.
Individual Guestroom Deposit. All reservations must be guaranteed by a major credit card. 14 days prior to arrival, the final deposit is due, is non-refundable, and will be equal to any remaining balance including room rate and all applicable taxes and fees. Resort will not hold any reservations unless secured by the above method
- Upon check in, each guest will be required to present a valid credit card, on which an amount of sufficient pre-authorization can be obtained to cover all applicable room charges for the length of the guest’s stay, plus the anticipated use of the Resort’s ancillary services. All charges which are the direct responsibility of the individual attendee must be paid in full upon departure either by check, cash, or credit card.
Please note: Staying in guest rooms at our official conference hotels helps EIM offset the costs of meeting space, group food and beverage, and many other fees associated with our meetings. These are sizeable costs to the organization that we are under contract to cover.
Attendees who stay in other non-official hotels do not help offset these expenses nor do they limit the our liability for low sleeping room usage at our contracted hotel(s) which then increases our exposure to financial penalties. Your assistance in helping Emergencies in Medicine in this regard will, in turn, help to keep our conference rates reasonable which will be a great benefit for all of us now and in the future. We sincerely appreciate your support in this regard!
We look forward to seeing you in Park City!
