We are returning to the stunning Hyatt Centric Park City Hotel for our 2026 conference! We have negotiated discounted rates about 40% off of online rates – keeping in mind that our meeting is held during peak ski season with the goal of giving you both exceptional classroom AND outdoor time!

As of now, there are limited rooms left in the Hyatt Centric block. Should you not be able to secure a room, I was able to get a small block at the Hyatt Park Place Hotel. It’s at the base of the canyons so you will take the shuttle to-and-from the meeting each day – or you can drive if you have a car as parking at the Centric is complimentary for our attendees. If you do book a room at the Hyatt Park Place, please feel free to bring your ski gear with you so you can ski right from the Centric after the sessions. I’m happy to put your things in my office any time.
Individual Guestroom Deposits & Cancellations: A deposit of fifty percent (50%) is due at the time of booking. Cancellations made greater than thirty days prior to arrival are fully refundable. Cancellations made thirty days or less prior to arrival will forfeit deposit payment. No refunds for no-shows, late arrivals or early departures.
Please note: Staying in guest rooms at our official conference hotel helps EIM offset the costs of meeting space, group food and beverage, and many other fees associated with our meetings. These are sizeable costs to the organization that we are under contract to cover.
