Accommodations
Enjoy ski-in-ski-out access to 7,300 acres of terrain at the spectacular Canyons Resort!
For the first time, we will be taking our meeting to the newly renovated Westgate Park City Resort for our 2027 conference! We listened to our attendees and worked to find a prime location that offered conference rates that were more affordable – keeping in mind that our meeting is held during peak ski season with the goal of giving you both exceptional classroom AND outdoor time! To see more about the hotel’s amenities, please visit their website: Westgate Park City Resort
Please use the below link to make your reservations and note that the rate listed now includes the resort fee: Emergencies in Medicine 2027
NOTE: if you would like to book nights for before or after the conference dates, you’ll need to email the reservations team directly to inquire about availability. It is in our contract that, if rooms are available, you can reserve 3 days pre-and-post. First, please reserve the nights during the conference that you would like using the link above and then reach out to them to add more.

Once the block is sold out, rooms are then based on hotel availability only and may be at a higher rate. Not all room types offered by the hotel are included in our block. If you don’t see the room type you are looking for, please reach out and we can inquire as to availability and rates.
The Room Block will be held until February 7, 2027 at which time all unreserved guest rooms within the Room Block will be released for general sale. After that, additional reservations for Group Guests for the Resort Stay will be accepted on a space-available basis at the Prevailing Best Available Rate.
Reservations & Deposit Policy: All Group guest reservations (the “Reservations”) booked under the Room Block require a minimum deposit equal to one (1) night’s room & tax to be charged on a major credit care. Reservations must be received no later than February 7, 2027. Reservations may only be made by the provided online booking link.
Payment & Cancellation Policy: Final payment for all Reservations is due upon check-in. A valid credit card with photo identification is required to check-in. Resort no longer accepts cash for the required security deposit at check-in. A $200 USD credit card Security Deposit is required at check-in and will be held until check-out. Cash not accepted. This amount is full refundable upon check-out if no incidentals are charged and there is no room damage.
Cancellations for individual reservations must be made seventy-two (72) hours prior to the first check-in date in order to avoid payment of a penalty in an amount equal to the cost of one (1) night’s room and applicable taxes. Deposits are refundable if you cancel prior to the seventy-two (72) hour cancellation window. All rates are in US dollars. Westgate reserves the right to cancel or modify a reservation (including after the Reservation has been confirmed) if the Reservation includes or resulted from a mistake or error of any kind, including but not limited to, a mistake or error in the rate, resort or room type or where it appears that a guest has engaged in fraudulent or misleading activity in making the room reservation.
Resort Fees Policy: We were able to secure a discounted resort fee of $29.99 for our attendees. The nightly resort fee, plus applicable taxes, is applied to each hotel reservation and includes services and amenities that are sure to enhance guest experience at the resort. The nightly resort fee includes the following resort services: Parking, Wi-Fi, Internet Access, Local Calls, Fitness Center, In-Room Safes, Sports Courts Access (Summer), Business Center, Ski Valet Service (Winter), Ski Locker Room and Storage (Winter) and Concierge Service.
Please note: Staying in guest rooms at our official conference hotel helps EIM offset the costs of meeting space, group food and beverage, and many other fees associated with our meetings. These are sizeable costs to the organization that we are under contract to cover.
Your assistance in helping Emergencies in Medicine in this regard will, in turn, help to keep our conference rates reasonable which will be a great benefit for all of us now and in the future. We sincerely appreciate your support!
We look forward to seeing you in Park City!
If you have any questions prior to that time, please email amy@emergenciesinmedicine.com.
